As an Independent Contractor, there are three ways to earn income with 121 Engineering Solutions:

(1) Your Contracted Hourly Wage

You can quote your hourly or per-job rate for customer jobs or call support offered to you by 121 Engineering Solutions, subject to 121 Engineering Solutions’ acceptance.

(2) Sales Commissions

You can earn sales commissions for not only selling the services you offer but for selling the services offered by all other 121 Engineering Solutions Service Members.

(3) Incentive Payments

You can earn added incentive payments for adding your program knowledge and expertise to 121 Engineering Solutions’ support capabilities.
